Laboratory tests can be used to confirm or exclude particular disorders, as part of treatment, in treatment monitoring and in various screenings. Samples tested by laboratories include blood, urine and feces.

Our laboratories serve customers by appointment and by waiting number. We recommend booking an appointment. You can book an appointment online or by calling our customer service.
Some of our laboratories serve customers by appointment only. For urgent sampling, you do not need to book an appointment. You may also pick up and return sample containers without booking an appointment.

Laboratory search
We are a T055 testing laboratory accredited by the FINAS Accreditation Service with accreditation requirements pursuant to SFS-EN ISO 15189:2013. Information on the accredited scopes and the included fields and units is available at www.finas.fi.
Fasting and medication
Most laboratory tests do not require fasting. Please find out in advance from the unit sending you for laboratory tests, whether the tests assigned to you require fasting and whether you can take the medicines normally before the sampling
Laboratory results from the treating unit
Laboratory results will be given to you by the unit treating you, such as your local health center.

Tapiola laboratory
At the Tapiola laboratory we serve customers with booked appointments, but we also have a take-a-number queue system. We recommend booking an appointment.

Armila laboratory serves customers with booked appointments and walk-in customers may take a queue number. We recommend booking an appointment.
