E-services

Did you know that as a patient, you can also take care of many things electronically?

We continue to increase our range of digital services for customers and patients.

We offer our patients e-services for transactions, communication, and treatment. You may use these anywhere and at any time. We are also constantly developing new solutions and services in collaboration with our patients and partners. Improving customers’ options to utilize digital e-transactions is one of our key goals. ​ Further information on our e-services is available at your treatment unit.​

Remote appointments

We will inform you if your appointment will be a remote appointment. You will receive instructions when booking an appointment. We use the remote appointment options in patient portal Maisa and/or in the My Path online service in Health Village. In special situations and group appointments, we also use Microsoft Teams.

Laboratory appointment booking

You can book an appointment for the laboratory via the electronic appointment booking service. In the appointment booking service, you can find the right appointment time for you in the treatment unit of your choice.

Maisa

Maisa is an online patient service for healthcare. In the Maisa portal, you can review your appointments, communicate with a professional, review your examination results, and read summaries of your appointments.

Coronabot and corona vaccination appointments

Do you suspect you have been infected with coronavirus or do you wish to book an appointment for coronavirus vaccination? The Coronabot will provide testing appointments and you can also book a vaccination appointment via the koronarokotusaika.fi web page.

My Path in the Health Village

In the My Path service in the Health Village online service, your health information and personal care instructions are always at your disposal. Here you can find digital care paths available by referral and remote appointments.

Customer feedback

You can give us visit-specific feedback via text messages. On the HUS.fi website, you can give open feedback or respond to a customer satisfaction survey. Thank you for your feedback!
