E-services for patients
You can use our e-services for communication and treatment anywhere, anytime.
Opt out of paper mail
You can now stop receiving paper mail and have all your HUS letters sent to the Maisa client portal. With electronic letters, you will receive your information without delay.
- Sign in.
- From the Menu, navigate to Account Settings and select Notifications.
- Click open the Messages and letters section and open Manage Notification-Specific Settings, then click to turn off the “Post” setting under Patient and Client Letters from HUS and Wellbeing Services Counties; HUS Appointment Letters.
- While here, turn on the email and text message notifications for Letters to receive a notification when a new letter has arrived in Maisa.
- Remember to save the changes.
The option to opt-in for electronic mail applies to adult Maisa users and it does not apply to mass-mailed letters (such as invitations to cancer screenings).
