The joint replacement surgeries of the entire Helsinki metropolitan area have been centralized in the hospital.
Peijas Hospital has a 24-hour joint emergency department, with both the hospital's specialist medical care emergency services and health center’s emergency services. Treatment at our emergency department requires a physician's referral or, in case of emergency, you can arrive without a referral 24 hours a day.
