Disruptions in the childbirth helpline and telephone service for Emergency Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics – phone lines may be busy

There are disruptions in the childbirth helpline at HUS. Additionally, disruptions are affecting the telephone services for Emergency Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics. Calls to the numbers listed below may be congested, and the callback function is not working.

This disruption affects the following phone numbers:

  • Maternity helpline: 09 471 71500
  • Women's Clinic emergency service: 09 471 72913
  • Espoo Hospital maternity emergency service: 09 471 82111
  • Hyvinkää Hospital obstetrics and gynecology emergency service: 019 4587 2900

We kindly ask you to proceed as follows:

  • If your call does not go through or the queue is long, please try again after a short while.
  • In urgent situations, go directly to the emergency.
  • In emergencies, call 112.
