Cardiology and Pulmonary Diseases Ward 4A–B, Jorvi Hospital

We have moved to Jorvi Hospital’s new ward building

Cardiology Ward S7 and Pulmonary Diseases Ward Keu5 have merged on September 15, 2026. Our new name is Cardiology and Pulmonary Diseases Ward 4A–B. Our operations will continue on floor 4 in the new ward building at Jorvi Hospital.

On Cardiology and Pulmonary Diseases Ward 4A–B, we focus on the care of cardiac and respiratory patients who require specialized medical care. Arrival for treatment at our ward is mainly through the Emergency Department.

The main causes for treatment at our ward are various arrhythmias, cardiac insufficiency, myocardial infarction pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, and lung cancer. We also treat the tuberculosis patients in our area.

We train future health care professionals in our unit. We hope that you will allow students to participate in your care. Consenting or refusing student participation will not affect your care.

Patient inquiries

For practical reasons, we hope that the family members would choose a contact person from among themselves to call the ward regarding inquiries on behalf of everyone. This will free up the medical personnel’s time for patient work.

The best time for calls is between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Please do not bring any flowers.
