The new main entrance A will be in use starting on Monday, April 20, 2026. It is on street level in the new building of Jorvi Hospital. The route to the main entrance is from Karvasmäentie. The main entrance A and the info desk in the main lobby are open on weekdays 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and on weekends and public holidays 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. During the night, the public should use the Jorvi Hospital entrance B, which can be opened via the intercom.
Ward U2 has a national responsibility for the treatment of demanding burn injuries.
Our ward U2 has a total of 12 intensive care beds, four of which are specially equipped single rooms for burn injury patients in intensive care. In addition to burn injury patients, our ward also treats other patients in need of intensive and intermediate care.
In addition to the intensive care beds, our unit has eight hospital beds, rehabilitation facilities, and an outpatient clinic, which is open with an appointment only.
