Pulmonary Diseases Ward Keu5, Jorvi Hospital

We are moving to Jorvi Hospital’s new ward building

Cardiology Ward S7 and Pulmonary Diseases Ward Keu5 will merge on September 15, 2026. Our new name is Cardiology and Pulmonary Diseases Ward 4A–B. Our operations will continue on floor 4 in the new ward building at Jorvi Hospital.

In Jorvi Hospital’s Pulmonary Diseases Ward Keu5, we treat patients with pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, and lung cancer. We also treat the tuberculosis patients in our area.

Arrival for treatment at our ward is mainly through the Emergency Department. The average stay at our ward is approximately 5.5 days. Our ward working group consists of three physicians, a nurse manager, a deputy nurse manager, clinical instructor, 17 nurses, six practical nurses, a ward secretary, and three hospital cleaners. Also a physiotherapist works on our ward daily.

Patient inquiries

For practical reasons, we hope that the family members would choose a contact person from among themselves to call the ward regarding inquiries on behalf of everyone. This will free up the medical personnel’s time for patient work. The best time for calls is between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
