- If you are coming for a CT scan, register at the X-ray unit. Our secretaries assist patients in waiting area D1.3 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- If you are coming for a mammography or ultrasound examination, register at the the self-registration kiosk on floor 0.
- We have access to a patient lift when needed, e.g., to transfer patients from a wheelchair to an examination table.
- If you need a patient lift, please contact us in advance so we will have it ready for you.
You are free to choose your X-ray location
Once you receive a referral to HUS for skeletal, chest, or dental X-ray examinations, you are free to choose the imaging unit where you go for the examinations. Most X-ray units do not require booking an appointment.
How do I prepare for examinations and where do I get the results?
