Several disruptions in the HUS helpline and telephone services
Several HUS telephone services are currently experiencing disruption. As a result, some calls may not connect, and the callback service is unavailable. The disruption affects several HUS service numbers, including the Medical Helpline, the Poison Information Centre, and the Childbirth Helpline.
The numbers listed below may be busy, and the call-back service is currently unavailable.
The disruption affects the following telephone numbers:
- the Medical Helpline
- the Poison Information Centre
- the Childbirth Helpline
- Emergency and on-call services across various specialties and hospital sites
- the Teratology information service
- HUS Pharmacy and Vehicle Dispatch Centre
- Telephone numbers for several outpatient clinics
We kindly ask you to proceed as follows:
- If your call does not go through or the queue is long, please try again after a short while.
- In urgent situations, go directly to the emergency clinic.
- If you are in labour and cannot reach the maternity helpline, you can go directly to the maternity hospital.
- In emergencies, call 112.
