The Apotti patient information system was deployed on April 24th.
Residents of Uusimaa will be able to use the Maisa patient portal for booking appointments for some imaging examinations starting April 26. You can find the Maisa portal at www.maisa.fi
You can reach us at the number 09 471 80900 on weekdays 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. We make appointments and provide advice to patients in the Uusimaa region. We also assist health care personnel when they are making appointments on behalf of a patient.
Our call-back service and chat are temporarily out of service. We aim to reopen the call-back service and chat during May 2021.
We collect feedback on phone calls with text messages. Our feedback survey will ask you, among other things, whether you were able to resolve your matter and whether you would be willing to recommend our services to others.
The cost of a call to our booking or advisory service helpline and the waiting time is the local call charge.
