Are you dissatisfied with your care?

If you are dissatisfied with your care or the way you have been treated and would like a response from the person responsible for your care, you may submit a written complaint to us. However, we recommend that you first talk to the unit that provided your care to resolve the issue.

Customer feedback and objections – what’s the difference?

Customer feedback is an easy way to share your experience or suggest improvements. You can also submit feedback anonymously, and we will respond to it if you wish. We use feedback to improve our services.

An objection is a more formal way to express dissatisfaction with medical care or treatment. It will be handled in accordance with the law, and a written response will always be provided.

  • If you would like to share your experience or suggest improvements, please submit your feedback.
  • If you feel that there has been a mistake or an issue with your care or treatment, please file a complaint
