The Poison Information Center received nearly 41,000 inquiries in 2025. Statistics on the inquiries show which medicines, chemicals, plants, and other substances raised most questions and caused most concern. The annual statistics provide useful information to the general public, the media, healthcare professional, as well as authorities.

Statistics from previous years are available upon request. They can be requested by emailing the address myrkytys@hus.fi.
