There are no steps at our entrance. The doors of the main entrance and the emergency clinic open automatically. The entrances to the Surgery Outpatient Clinic and wards K1 to K3 have manually operated doors. The doorbell is at a high elevation (1600 mm).

Our info desk is immediately adjacent to the entrance. The service desk is low (780 mm) and easily accessible while seated. There is a fixed glass screen at the service desk.
We use a waiting number system for admitting patients. One of the registration desks is low (800 mm) and easily accessible while seated.
The emergency clinic registration is near the entrance. We use a waiting number system for admitting patients. The service desk is low (850 mm) and suitable for wheelchair users. There is a chair with armrests at the service desk.
Unfortunately, there is no induction loop at our service desk.

The main lobby elevators are immediately adjacent to the entrance. The elevators are spacious enough to comply with minimum accessibility specifications.
The door to the staircase in our main lobby is heavy to open. There is a handrail on both sides of the staircase, continuing unbroken across the landing. There are dark grey anti-skid contrast strips along the leading edges of the light-colored treads. The staircase has good, even lighting.
In the staircase in the lobby of the Surgery Outpatient Clinic, there are no contrast strips on the treads. There are handrails on both sides of the staircase, but they do not continue across the landing.
There are wheelchairs available for patient use in the vestibule at our main entrance. Storage lockers are available adjacent to the main lobby and the emergency clinic lobby.
There is a barrier-free restroom in our main lobby, beside the registration desk. The restroom is spacious. There is a place for a wheelchair on one side of the toilet seat.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome, but otherwise pets are not allowed on the premises
