At the Maternity Outpatient Clinic at Jorvi Hospital, we treat pregnant women who require special monitoring.
At the Maternity Outpatient Clinic at Jorvi Hospital, we treat, for example, patients with a fear of childbirth, and those with gestational diabetes and substance-abuse issues. We have digital care pathways in place to implement part of our follow-up work.
For treatment, you need a referral from a maternity health clinic (neuvola) or a private physician. Based on the referral, we assess the need and urgency of treatment. You will be informed of the appointment by letter or telephone. You can make an appointment for monitoring during late pregnancy (pregnancy weeks 41+5) by calling the clinic yourself.
We will send an invitation letter for the early pregnancy ultrasound examination based on the background information we have received from the maternity health clinic (neuvola). We perform the examinations at the Bulevardi Prenatal Screening.

Maisa is a digital patient service where you can manage your health matters online. When your care begins, we’ll tell you which services are available to you. In Maisa, you can view your records, book appointments and message your care unit.
