Opening hours during summer
The laboratory is closed from June 19th to June 21st, 2026. On Thursday, June 18th, the laboratory will be open as usual.
In the Imatrankoski laboratory we serve customers with booked appointments and walk-in customers may take a queue number. We recommend booking an appointment.
- On Fridays, blood test sampling and the reception of samples brought by customers until 1:30 p.m. Only gynecological samples (PAP smear samples) are taken until 3:00 p.m.
- We accept referrals from private physicians.
- The Imatrankoski laboratory is located in the dark-colored TIETO building near the hotel called Imatran Valtionhotelli.

- You can reach us also by public transport.

Parking
- Our laboratory does not have its own parking area, but there are street parking spots nearby.
- Register at the self-registration kiosk when you enter the laboratory.
- Our laboratory has a return machine, where you can return most common samples taken at home during the laboratory's opening hours.

You can book a laboratory appointment online. When booking, you will receive instructions on cancelling or rescheduling your booked appointment. You always need a referral for laboratory tests.
How do I prepare for examinations and where do I get the results?
