HUS year 2022: Financial responsibility
Under financial responsibility in the year under review, we focused on increasing expertise in procurement and agreements. We also executed a productivity program as planned.
We improved the procurement expertise of our procurement professionals and the contract expertise of our supervisors with new training videos. For procurements, videos were made for three target groups, and they are available to all HUS experts in the intranet. Going forward, we aim to include these training videos in our orientation training.
The productivity program reform was carried out as planned across the board, and all 24 projects for the year 2022 were completed.
