You can seek treatment at the emergency clinic of your maternity hospital without a referral, if you have 

• hemorrhage (slight mucous bleeding in late pregnancy in connection with pre-labor contractions is normal) 
• suspicion of sudden deterioration of fetal wellbeing (baby is not moving) 
• symptoms of rapidly developing pre-eclampsia (sharply elevated blood pressure, swelling, proteinuria, headache, chest pain, eye symptoms) 
• sudden, persistent, severe abdominal pain (pain relief medication will not help) 
• a risk of premature delivery (rupture of fetal membranes and/or painful and regular contractions).
