Emergency Surgery Wards M4 and M5 at Meilahti Tower Hospital are emergency wards for gastrointestinal surgery.

In the Endocrinology Outpatient Clinic at Meilahti Tower Hospital, we examine, treat and monitor patients with diseases of the endocrine glands.

At the Endoscopy Unit, we conduct various gastrointestinal and bronchial endoscopy examinations.

At the Gastroenterology Outpatient Clinic, we examine, treat, and monitor inflammatory bowel and liver diseases.

On Gastrosurgical Ward M14 of Meilahti Tower Hospital, we treat the most demanding bowel diseases and patients with appendiceal cancer.

The Infection Control Unit is responsible for providing infection control expertise at HUS and infection safety expertise for the staff. We also develop and plan infection control measures within HUS and its support services

In Meilahti Intensive Care Unit’s module M2, we treat patients who have undergone cardiac surgery, or surgery to the major blood vessels in the chest. We are located on the 2nd floor of the Tower Hospital.
