On Pediatric Ward 1A at Jorvi Hospital, we care for patients under 16 years of age who have children’s diseases.
The presence of a familiar adult allows the child to feel safe during the hospital stay. You can stay with your child around the clock. One guardian can be accommodated in the patient room.
Please do not come to the hospital if you have a contagious disease (such as an intestinal infection or a respiratory infection). Our ward personnel will provide you with further information if necessary.
Most of our patients are referred to us from a children’s emergency clinic.
Pediatric Ward 1A also houses the Day Unit 1A.
