Copies of medical images can now be ordered online

You can use an online form to request transferring your medical images directly to another healthcare provider or from another healthcare provider to HUS. Requesting the transfer with the form requires strong electronic identification. 

You can also use the form if you need the copies for yourself. You can order a copy of the images taken in a medical imaging examination on DVD or on a memory stick if you are going to have further treatment elsewhere.  

If you cannot use the online form, you can alternatively use a paper form. You can mail the form to us or take it to any HUS X-ray unit.
