Our pregnant patients have various problems during pregnancy, such as high blood pressure, bloody discharge, or a threat of premature birth. Monitoring of fetal condition may also require treatment on the ward. If your treatment requires long-term monitoring, we will arrange an overnight stay at the Family Nest Hotel and follow-up on ward 52. After delivery, we provide guidance on caring for the baby, breastfeeding and the mother’s recovery.
Our ward has both family rooms and shared rooms for several persons. In our family rooms, you can bring your spouse or other support person to stay with you for the duration of your hospital stay. The spouse/support person will receive a wristband as well.
We charge a double fee for the family rooms. We plan your treatment individually. We are committed to the Baby-Friendly Initiative of WHO and UNICEF.
Visitors may bring flowers to the ward.
