If you cannot go to the hospital at the scheduled appointment time, cancel the appointment by phone as soon as possible. A new appointment will be scheduled. A penalty fee will be charged for missed appointments not cancelled in advance.
If your have the flu, an acute infection, fever, or suffer from some other acute condition affecting your functional capability, contact the unit that sent you the invitation, to decide on the best course of action with the personnel.
