Feedback and development measures in Heart and Lung Center

In 2018, the Heart and Lung Center has focused on responding and reacting to feedback and development ideas from customers and patients. Our inpatient wards and customer panel, among others, have gone over the feedback we have received. Examples of feedback and development measures:

New feedback boxes

We have acquired new feedback boxes to the wards. The new boxes can be locked and they are in visible places near the doors.

Improvements in the use of media equipment

We have improved the usability of the media equipment in patient rooms by increasing the availability of compatible headphones.

Attention towards marking the detergents used in cleaning

We have agreed with the hospital cleaning services on where to place and how to mark the detergents in facilities where patients have access to.
