Excited about new We at Medical Imaging Center were excited to launch our customer panel. The customer panel began its work in early 2018. The members are customers well acquainted with Medical Imaging Center. The customer panel participates in and affects the development and evaluation of Medical Imaging Center’s services and customer experience.activitie

We at Medical Imaging Center were excited to launch our customer panel. The customer panel began its work in early 2018. The members are customers well acquainted with Medical Imaging Center. The customer panel participates in and affects the development and evaluation of Medical Imaging Center’s services and customer experience.

The panel members are active development partners

The trained customer panel members bring forth the views and experiences of the patients and customers when planning, developing and evaluating services.

The customer panel members have participated in facility tours and observed the functionality of signs from the point of view of the patient and next of kin, for example.

In future, the panel members will work together with the staff to discuss possible development issues that may arise from open feedback. In addition, the feedback and the actions performed due to feedback are discussed in the units according to Medical Imaging Center's quality programme.

In Medical Imaging Center, the co-operation between the staff and customer panel members has been a positive and exciting experience. The customer panel has got off to a good start and the activities will be developed further together.
