HUSLAB Customer Panel

HUSLAB's customer panel was launched in spring 2018. The panel members are customers who use our laboratory services in versatile ways and know them well.

The aim of the customer panel is to develop HUSLAB functions and services towards a more customer-orientated culture. Ideas, views, experiences and opinions of the customer panel members are priceless when planning, developing and evaluating our services.

How to become a customer panel member?
Members of the customer panel are chosen for two years at a time. New members are trained to the task during a two-day period. The panel meets regularly. Three persons coordinate the customer panel activities.
