Surgery and Anesthesia Unit, Womens´s Hospital

In the Women's Hospital Surgery and Anesthesia Unit, we treat patients in gynecology and obstetrics.

We perform gynecological endoscopic and open surgeries, as well as procedures related to miscarriages. Typical gynecological surgeries include hysterectomies, surgery for prolapse and urinary incontinence, and procedures related to changes in the uterus and ovaries.
Surgery to treat cancer and endometriosis are among the most demanding procedures we perform.

We also perform cesarean sections and other childbirth-related procedures both electively and as emergencies. Our unit is open 24 hours a day.
