In the Porvoo Hospital X-ray unit, we perform plain X-ray examinations without appointment and other examinations by appointment.
Our unit is located on the 2nd floor of the hospital. Come in through the main entrance and follow the purple line on the floor.
We perform plain X-ray examinations (bones, chest, long bones, scoliosis, mechanical axis) without appointment. You can come in for imaging examinations when it best suits you. If needed, you can make an appointment by calling 019 548 2279.

You will be given an appointment for the examination and you will be informed of the appointment by letter.
We conduct examinations for customers of the HUS area health centers and hospitals.
Please note that emergency patients requiring urgent care will be taken to imaging first, so other patients may need to wait.
You are free to choose your X-ray location
Once you receive a referral to HUS for skeletal, chest, or dental X-ray examinations, you are free to choose the imaging unit where you go for the examinations. Most X-ray units do not require booking an appointment.
