• you are a patient, relative, or a member of hospital staff
• you need a listener and want to chat with someone
• you wish someone would pray for you
• you want to receive communion
• you want to have a moment of prayer or communion with a sick or dying person
• you want to organize a final moment of prayer or say goodbye to a deceased person
• you are in mourning
