In the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic at New Children's Hospital, we examine and treat children under the age of 16 and adolescents who need outpatient services for specialist medical care. We treat patients in pediatric diseases, pediatric surgery and pediatric neurology.
A physician's referral is required for treatment at the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic. Your child may receive a referral to the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic in order to diagnose, treat and/or monitor a disease. In addition, we support the growth, development and independence of the child or adolescent and provide guidance to parents.
The phone service is available in the following:
Canceling or rescheduling an appointment
Matters related to prescriptions or certificates
Matters related to the child’s treatment (if the child has an acute illness, contact the emergency department)
When you phone us, select the outpatient clinic you wish to contact.

If your child is booked for surgery or a treatment period on a ward, please contact the Treatment Planning Unit.
When arriving at the hospital, please use the self-registration kiosks which are located near the entrances. When you arrive in the clinic lobby, register again by using the self-registration kiosks, so that the personnel will be notified of your arrival.
