We have arranged for barrier-free mobility and transactions. At the New Children’s Hospital, please sign in using the self-registration kiosks.
Our info desk is immediately adjacent to the main entrance. There is a low section of the info desk for wheelchair users. There are no chairs at the info desk. Please use the self-registration kiosks to register for your appointment when you arrive to the hospital. Self-registration kiosks are located near the entrances. The child can choose an avatar for themselves when you register, and the kiosk will provide you with instructions on how to find the place of treatment and how to register there. Please use the hospital's entrance A to enter the Pediatric Emergency Department. Registration takes place in the Emergency Department’s lobby

There are 100 parking spaces in the parking garage of New Children’s Hospital. A fee is charged for parking in our parking garage. The parking fee is EUR 2 per 20-minute period or part thereof.
We offer free parking for patients’ family members in the parking garage of New Children’s Hospital. Please note that New Children's Hospital's parking garage may be full especially during morning and day-time.
Please note that parking in the other parking garages is subject to a charge.

Wheelchairs can be borrowed at the emergency clinic entrance.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome, but otherwise pets are not allowed on the premises.
