Urological diseases that are surgically treated include:
- kidney, bladder, and prostate tumors
- benign prostatic hyperplasia
- urinary calculi.
Endocrine disorders (endocrinology) include:
- diabetes
- osteoporosis
- obesity
- diseases of the thyroid gland.
