Our rehabilitation instructors guide and advise the client and their family to cope in their everyday life.
Rehabilitation counseling constitutes activities to support the day-to-day survival of a chronically ill patient or a disabled person. The rehabilitation instructor acts as a liaison between the home, hospital and other persons involved in the care and rehabilitation of the client (person undergoing rehabilitation).
Our clients are usually directed to us for rehabilitation counseling at the initiative of the provider of treatment or care. You can contact the rehabilitation instructor yourself or it can be done by a family member, representative of social services or the nursing staff, or another authority.
Rehabilitation counseling is free of charge for you.
