Patient Learning Center Soppi is a low-threshold service point operating at Hyvinkää Hospital. The center coordinates the hospital's customer-panel and Expert by Experience activities and acts as the OLKA service location at Hyvinkää Hospital.
The Patient Learning Center Soppi is located on the 1st floor of building A, next to the cafeteria.

The Patient Learning Center Soppi coordinates the customer-panel and Experts by Experience activities of Hyvinkää Hospital.
The patient or his/her family and close friends have the opportunity to be involved in developing patient-oriented and streamlined treatment and rehabilitation practices, use of facilities and other services by acting as a member in a customer panel or as an expert by experience in the hospital.
