Cardiology and Internal Medicine Ward 3, Hyvinkää Hospital

On the Cardiology and Internal Medicine Ward of Hyvinkää Hospital, we treat patients in the specialties of internal medicine, cardiology, hematology, metabolic diseases, and nephrology.

The ward also treats patients requiring isolation, and conducts monitoring and examinations on patients with arrhythmia.

Patients arrive on the ward from the Emergency Clinic, the outpatient clinics and other hospitals and medical units by referral. Most of our patients are admitted from the emergency department. You need a physician's referral for treatment and examinations with us.

If you need urgent care, call the Medical Helpline 116117. In life-threatening situations, call the emergency number 112.

Please do not wear fragrances in our facilities. Please do not bring flowers to our ward.

We train future health care professionals in our unit. We hope that you will allow students to participate in your care. Consenting or refusing student participation will not affect your care.
