At the Follow-up Outpatient Clinic of the Department of Oncology, we treat young adults who have had cancer as a child or an adolescent. The Follow-up Outpatient Clinic operates as part of the Comprehensive Cancer Center.
You are eligible for care at the Follow-up Outpatient Clinic if
- you have had cancer as a child or adolescent (under the age of 25) and are under 40 years of age.
- you have been treated with cytotoxic drug treatment, radiation therapy, or have received a stem cell transplant either for cancer or another serious disease.
- you have already ended your cancer-related follow-up at the pediatric or adolescent clinic or at the Comprehensive Cancer Center.
