Phone, Infopoint : 09 4718 7383Töölö Hospital is part of HUS Helsinki University Hospital. In the hospital, we treat patients in orthopedics, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, hand surgery, and maxillofacial surgery.
Our hospital is one of the largest trauma centers in northern Europe, with approximately 2 million people in its catchment area.
We have 15 operating rooms and approximately 200 patient beds in intensive care, intermediate care, and normal hospital inpatient care. The hospital also houses outpatient clinics of several specialties, laboratory and imaging services, and a physiotherapy unit. We perform thousands of neurosurgical procedures every year.
Our Emergency Department is on call 24 hours a day. In the event of a major accident, we operate as an alert and coordination hospital for the entire HUS district.
