Samples tested by laboratories include blood, urine and feces. ## Book an appointment to the laboratory Our laboratories serve customers by appointment and by waiting number. We recommend booking an appointment. You can book an appointment online or by calling our customer service. Some of our laboratories serve customers by appointment only. For urgent sampling, you do not need to book an appointment. You may also pick up and return sample containers without booking an appointment. When booking, you will receive instructions on cancelling or rescheduling your booked appointment. ## Return sample containers You can return the most common samples taken at home to any of our laboratories during their opening hours. Depending on the laboratory, samples are returned either to a return machine or to the staff. You may pick up and return sample containers in most cases without booking an appointment.
