Requesting the transfer with the form requires strong electronic identification. You can also use the form if you need the copies for yourself. You can order a copy of the images taken in a medical imaging examination on DVD or on a memory stick if you are going to have further treatment elsewhere. If you cannot use the online form, you can alternatively use a paper form. You can mail the form to us or take it to any HUS X-ray unit. Requesting copies and their delivery is free. **Update 5.3.2026:** It is currently not possible to request the transfer of your medical images directly from another healthcare provider to HUS.
