Employee experience remained at a good level, staff availability improved, and exit turnover decreased. This reflected the fact that we are on the right track toward being the most attractive workplace in Finland. Our Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures customer experience, continued to rise and reached 83. Thus, we were a step closer to our goal of providing the best customer experience in Finland. This will result in more equitable and customer-oriented services for our shared customers. In order to continue providing high-quality, cost-effective, and equitable services, our finances must be on a sustainable footing. University education, research, and teaching are part of our care, and by responsibly increasing our degree of digitalization, we can keep on improving and reforming our operations.
