# Women's Hospital magnetic imaging Keywords: - [Women’s Hospital](< /en/search?q=Women’s Hospital >) - [Helsinki](< /en/search?q=Helsinki >) - [magnetic resonance imaging](< /en/search?q=magnetic resonance imaging >) In the Women’s Hospital MRI unit, we perform MRI imaging examinations with an appointment. - You will be given an appointment for the examination and you will be informed of the appointment by letter. ## Arrival instructions --- - Our MRI unit is located at the Women’s Hospital. - Come in through the main entrance of Women's Hospital and take the elevators around the corner on the left to the first floor. - If you are visually impaired, you can find the registration desk on the right after the main entrance. The employee at the registration desk will guide you to the MRI unit. Registration at the MRI unit is open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - You can also register at the self-registration kiosk at the Women's Hospital’s main entrance. ## Patient lift --- - We do not have a patient lift, e.g., to transfer patients from a wheelchair to an examination table.
