To improve psychological safety, we have cooperated with our staff to create principles for a safer space at HUS, which also support caring and equality every day. ### The Principles of a Safer Space at HUS - I respect and accept everyone's way of being and self-expression. I do not make assumptions or interpretations of others. I respect everyone's physical integrity. - I am kind and considerate to everyone. I am responsible for my own behaviour. I am aware of the impact of my actions on others, and I am ready to change it if necessary. - I care and intervene in offensive, discriminatory or otherwise irresponsible speech and actions. In a safe space, everyone feels welcome and is allowed to be themselves. A safe space supports diversity and is free from all forms of discrimination and harassment. At HUS, we do not accept any kind of inappropriate treatment, racism of sexual harassment.
