Our clinic is an emergency clinic and also accepts patients on referral and for follow-ups. You will arrive at our unit for treatment primarily on the basis of a referral from primary health care. If you do not have a referral or a previous treatment relationship with ear, nose and throat diseases, please call the Medical Helpline (tel. 116117) before seeking treatment at the emergency clinic.
We are open every day of the year. At night time from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., we only treat patients requiring acute treatment based on advance consultation.
When you arrive at the emergency clinic, our healthcare professionals will make an assessment of the need and urgency of your treatment. We treat patients in the order of urgency, which is why a patient who has arrived later than you may be able to receive treatment before you.
