It is on street level in the new building of Jorvi Hospital. The route to the main entrance is from Karvasmäentie. The main entrance A and the info desk in the main lobby are open on weekdays 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and on weekends and public holidays 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. During the night, the public should use the Jorvi Hospital entrance B, which can be opened via the intercom. The unit is closed on Friday, 1 May 2026, and on Thursday, 14 May 2026.
