It is on street level in the new building of Jorvi Hospital. The route to the main entrance is from Karvasmäentie. The main entrance A and the info desk in the main lobby are open on weekdays 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and on weekends and public holidays 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. During the night, the public should use the Jorvi Hospital entrance B, which can be opened via the intercom. Most of our patients are in need of urgent care. The main causes for treatment at our ward are various arrhythmias, cardiac insufficiency, and myocardial infarction. The treatment of patients arriving for coronary angiography with contrast medium and percutaneous coronary angioplasty is centralized to our ward. We train future health care professionals in our unit. We hope that you will allow students to participate in your care.
