Ward P3 at the Psychiatry Center is a geropsychiatric ward for examination and treatment.
On our ward, we offer treatment and examinations requiring special expertise when you have been diagnosed with mood disorder symptoms, such as depression, or are experiencing manic symptoms. These syndromes are often accompanied by other symptoms, such as anxiety or physical symptoms. We will devise a treatment and examination plan with you, including the implementation of pharmacological treatment, therapeutic individual and group treatments, and an assessment of memory function and functional capacity. Your loved ones are welcome to take part in the treatment negotiations where we plan a successful discharge. Treatment on our ward requires a physician’s referral.
