Issue with laboratory referrals from Helsinki has been fixed
Service in HUS laboratories located in Helsinki will return to normal. Some queues and long waiting times may occur for a couple of days. Laboratory customers are asked to primarily book an appointment.
A technical problem that occurred when deleting old referrals from the information system caused issues in accessing laboratory referrals from the City of Helsinki.
The problem was fixed on August 31, 2022 at 6.30 p.m. All laboratory referrals for residents of Helsinki are now available as usual.
