Contact center of HUS Comprehensive Cancer Center opens on 4 October 2022
Keywords:As from Tuesday, 4 October 2022, we will provide a centralised service to our patients through a single telephone number. The number of the contact center is 09 471 74 900.
As from 4 October 2022, the contact center of the Comprehensive Cancer Center will replace the telephone numbers that patients have been able use to call the units and wards. In future, these telephone numbers will be connected to the new contact center automatically.
The contact center of the Comprehensive Cancer Center will serve you in all matters concerning patients. The center will enable you to manage your matters more smoothly and reduces congestion when the telephone lines are open.
A switchboard operator will connect some of the calls directly to a professional, and a callback request will be created for some calls.
We hope that our patients will also use the electronic services to manage their matters, in other words, use the Maisa service with their mobile application or visit maisa.fi.
The contact center of the Comprehensive Cancer Center will be open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 16:00, tel. 09 471 74 900.
All calls will be directed to the contact center, where the switchboard operators will connect the call to the right professional either as a direct call or as a callback request.
