You need a referral from a physician for all examinations performed at HUS Medical Imaging Center.
No appointment needed for:
- plain bone and chest x-ray examinations and
- teeth x-ray examinations
You can choose freely which X-ray unit to visit for a plain X-ray examination.
Other examinations require an appointment. The unit treating you makes the appointment for the examination and notifies you by mail or instructs the patient on how to make an appointment.
