The unit provides care to high-risk mothers detected in screenings and when fetal abnormalities have been detected in an ultrasound scan.
Prenatal tests are suggested when the mother or a family member has been diagnosed with a hereditary disease or chromosomal abnormality.
You will need to schedule an appointment before attending the FMC.
