The Internal Medicine Outpatient Clinic includes surgeries for five different specialities (hematology, gastroenterology, cardiology, endocrinology and rheumatology) and a surgery for general internal medicine.
In addition, the outpatient clinic includes a pacemaker outpatient clinic and a procedure/monitoring room with four beds for the performance of cardioversions and the monitoring of bronchoscopy patients before and after the procedure. The procedure/monitoring room can also be used for the administration of antibiotics, for blood transfusions, intravenous cortisone treatments, and the administration of antiosteoporotic medication. It is also used to provide antibody therapy for patients within the sphere of other specialities.
The majority of patients visiting the chiropodist suffer from diabetes or rheumatic diseases.
